About Eliza

Reaching out for support is an important and sometimes challenging first step. My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive environment to explore challenges and barriers, and work together so you can get a better understanding of you.

My approach is rooted in establishing and maintaining a therapeutic relationship with you. That is the basis for successful clinical work. I primarily utilize psychodynamic theory in sessions, while also drawing upon attachment theory, feminist theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy. My belief is that you have the answers within yourself to challenges you're experiencing, and my role is to support you in uncovering those.
