About Eliza

I believe that each person holds the insight and strength needed to navigate life’s challenges—sometimes, it just takes the right support to uncover it. My role is to walk alongside you in that process, offering a safe and trusting space where meaningful growth and healing can take place.

At the heart of my work is a strong therapeutic relationship, which is the foundation for effective and lasting change. I draw from a range of approaches to meet your unique needs, including psychodynamic theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I also incorporate perspectives from attachment theory, feminist theory, and Brainspotting to deepen the work.

Reaching out for support can be a vulnerable and courageous first step. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore what’s getting in the way, gain deeper insight, and reconnect with your sense of self.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
